Role Overview

The Customer Product Manager is responsible for ensuring Tactical Edge's products and AI solutions solve real customer problems. The role works closely with customers, delivery teams, engineers, and AI specialists to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value in production environments.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary product interface between customers and internal teams
  • Translate customer goals, constraints, and workflows into clear product requirements
  • Define and prioritize features based on real-world impact and feasibility
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product evolution
  • Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and delivery teams throughout execution
  • Validate solutions through PoCs, pilots, and production rollouts
  • Measure success through adoption, usage, and business outcomes
  • Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
  • What We're Looking For

  • Experience in product management within enterprise or B2B environments
  • Strong customer-facing skills and comfort working directly with stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and make clear decisions
  • Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with AI, data, and engineering teams
  • Pragmatic mindset focused on outcomes, not features
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, data platforms, or cloud-based products
