Role Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer designs, validates, and delivers AI solutions aligned with customer use cases. You'll work closely with customers, product managers, AI engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure, production-grade AI systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

Work directly with customers to understand problems, constraints, and success criteria

Design AI solution architectures combining data, models, agents, and integrations

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans

Support Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilots, and production deployments

Collaborate with AI engineers to implement and refine agentic workflows

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and reliability

Document architectures, decisions, and trade-offs clearly

Support solution handover and operational readiness

What We're Looking For

Experience designing and delivering AI, ML, or data-driven solutions

Strong system design and problem-solving skills

Comfort working in customer-facing, consultative roles

Ability to bridge business language and technical execution

Production-oriented mindset (testing, monitoring, reliability)

Clear communication and structured thinking

Bonus: Experience with LLMs, RAG, agent-based systems, or cloud AI platforms
